Legal entity
RenterShield is a product operated by WinConvo. References to 'RenterShield', 'we', 'us', or 'our' in these terms refer to WinConvo, the legal entity responsible for operating this service.
Order process
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders and manages payment processing, refunds, and buyer support on our behalf.
What RenterShield is
RenterShield is an AI-powered informational tool that helps tenants draft replies to landlord communications. It is NOT a law firm and does NOT provide legal advice. The replies generated are for informational and communication purposes only. Always consult a qualified solicitor, lawyer, or tenants union for serious legal matters.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Do not share your password with anyone. RenterShield will never ask for your password by email or message. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
Credits
Credits are purchased on a one-time basis and never expire. Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with RenterShield for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Contact us at rentershield@gmail.com. No questions asked. See our full Refund Policy at /refund.
Acceptable use
You agree to use RenterShield only for lawful purposes and genuine tenant-landlord disputes. Do not use the tool to generate threatening, defamatory, or harassing content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

RenterShield provides information only. We make no guarantees about the legal accuracy of generated replies. Laws vary by location and change over time. Always verify your rights with a qualified professional before taking action.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you by email of any significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
